Was able to activate / suspend / terminate sims as needed
I like the customer service and the stability of the SIM signal, we haven't had any complaints about it.
The downside of the product is the complexity of pricing and integration, especially for multi-country deployments or when using advanced features like eSIM NB IoT or satellite fallback.
Didn't like the cost and opportunity-based product offerings.
I think the supply chain is not very efficient, sometimes we have had to wait longer than expected for SIMs to be repositioned.
