From Frontline Retail Ops to AI-Powered Store Intelligence As a retail chain management platform serving tens of thousands of stores, we integrated Tencent Cloud ADP to build intelligent agents for in-store operations-from daily task dispatch and compliance inspection to customer feedback analysis. What impressed us most was how quickly we went from pilot to full deployment: our first production agent went live in under four weeks, handling store exception alerts and escalation routing across hundreds of locations simultaneously. The platform's RAG capabilities allowed us to turn our internal SOP library into a queryable knowledge base that store managers can access in real time.
