The platform streamlines vulnerability detection and prioritization, offering actionable remediation guidance. This is very valuable when managing legacy systems like Windows XP and 7. xDome also provides deep visibility into connected medical and operational devices, helping identify and end-of-life systems-critical for our healthcare environment. xDome also has innovative features that help us with automation and efficiency saving us time and resources.
Uptime reliability and navigation layout across the application.
Its ease of use for end-users has to be one of their greatest strengths. A very close second is how responsive and open the team are to feature requests clients have. No other vendor we have worked is as adaptive as Medigate by Claroty.
None, everything about their product brings value and it's insightful and innovative.
Lack of testing and production bugs.
- Overabundance of alerts/false positives. This is a data hygiene issue for our organization, though. Meaning we need to take time to classify our internal scanners and resolve the false positives in order to get more concise and actionable alerts from the platform. - The Report feature is very useful for high level information on our environment, but could use even more granular data, which would allow us to dive into our device risk/vulnerability topology in greater detail with engineering teams versus executives. - the previous two gripes are very minor and I had to really think on them to provide critical feedback. I do not have a third dislike.
