The platform streamlines vulnerability detection and prioritization, offering actionable remediation guidance. This is very valuable when managing legacy systems like Windows XP and 7. xDome also provides deep visibility into connected medical and operational devices, helping identify and end-of-life systems-critical for our healthcare environment. xDome also has innovative features that help us with automation and efficiency saving us time and resources.
Uptime reliability and navigation layout across the application.
First - customer service. The organization stayed consistent in its dedication to customer service before, during, and after the acquisition. That is so uncommon. Second - the product capabilities. We find this product to be incredibly accurate and it continues to improve with new capabilities all the time. The flexibility of the alerts has been critical since we, like many organizations, have unique use cases. Third - ability to customize. We have used this product to perform tasks that we otherwise would not have been able to achieve. We enforce Network Access Control across our entire organization because of the data provided to us by Medigate. We have been able to use Medigate data to segment our network which has increased our security posture exponentially.
None, everything about their product brings value and it's insightful and innovative.
Lack of testing and production bugs.
There are some areas where we have not been able to effectively integrate Medigate. Medigate does not yet have an API that we can use to feed data into Cisco XDR. When you mark a vulnerability as resolved, it can pop up again on a different device when we don't necessarily want to see it again.
