The product gives a good view of all of the devices on our network, not only medical devices but all kinds of devices. Through the carious enabled intergrations, xDome enriches its data so that you as a user can see a lot of information about a device. We use this information to make our network safer, wihtout xDome we don't have that kind of detailed information about the devices in out enviroment.
Claroty XDome's ability to help us solve vulnerabilities by providing us with alerts, insights and recommendations on reducing risk and security solutions in the healthcare environment. Also helping us with the network segmentation process with CISCO ISE and continuing to provide various strategies to improve the security of our systems
I like the fact they listen to their clients input on the product, based on the tailor needs of the organization enhancements and Intergrations. A strong customer focus i.e. Claroty ,Cisco etc
It's difficult to answer, because we are very satisfied with this product. But perhaps the amount of information we get when we use xDome. And in the rare situation xDome classified the product wrong but when this happens support corrects it fast.
None, everything about their product is great and very helpful

Perfect, the support during and after implementation with the TAM-er and customer success manager. The product gives us a good view of all kind of devices in our network and additional information so we can see how secure the devices are. Especially for medical devices and IOT devices it give us a lot of information.
