The product gives a good view of all of the devices on our network, not only medical devices but all kinds of devices. Through the carious enabled intergrations, xDome enriches its data so that you as a user can see a lot of information about a device. We use this information to make our network safer, wihtout xDome we don't have that kind of detailed information about the devices in out enviroment.
Claroty XDome's ability to help us solve vulnerabilities by providing us with alerts, insights and recommendations on reducing risk and security solutions in the healthcare environment. Also helping us with the network segmentation process with CISCO ISE and continuing to provide various strategies to improve the security of our systems
The data model behind it is truly impressive. What is even more impressive is the capability to address the data with filters and automation tools to specifically address our needs to fulfill our processes regarding vulnerability management. Furthermore, the data can be used to automatically create reports for our Ciso
It's difficult to answer, because we are very satisfied with this product. But perhaps the amount of information we get when we use xDome. And in the rare situation xDome classified the product wrong but when this happens support corrects it fast.
None, everything about their product is great and very helpful
- It often creates duplicates of our devices. Most of the time the software realises this in a day or so and cleans this up. But i receive notifications anyway - Links in notifications are not specific enough. e.g. 2 new device was assigned to you by ... View all devices assigned to you here (Link). (As far as I know they are fixing this) - In Custom views you cannot create filters for colleagues accoring assigned to you since i can only filter assigned to static users and not to the logged in user

The product gives us a good view of all kind of devices in our network and additional information so we can see how secure the devices are.
