Real world application of the skills I've obtained, and an overall understanding of my team.
WE are pretty new to usage, btu the information is good to help develop and support employees is getting to know each other and themselves. I think the results give some data to drive decisions.
This tool has been crucial in supporting our growing company with hiring the right candidates. We continue to use it post hire to help new managers learn how to effectively manage and help evaluate internal talent that could be a fit for internal opportunities.
For the predictive index, I found that the 'archtectypes' were mostly vague, lacked structure, and did not make sense given what I knew about social science. Secondly, there seems to be a very apprehensive attitude towards anyone re-taking the personality test - which in my mind seems to be that depending on the day, your 'type' could change. Lastly, I never received a formalized version of the WHY these kinds of breakouts were done the way they were done. Humans are complicated, and pieces of this product trivialize that fact.
The product is good, but the onboarding was a challenge - they should reconsider how it happens; you should have training before you have access. A getting started user guide would also help, depending on how you want to use the system - there are more effective ways of doing it.
There isn't anything I don't like about the PI. The hardest part for us has been getting internal stakeholders to take the assessment to help us build out individual job targets, but that isn't something that is specific to the PI.

Communication Strategies Prove Beneficial Though Predictive Index Concept Raises Concerns and enables your org to communicate in fresh, new ways!
I was very skeptical of the PI, it's premise, and deliverables. A few weeks into an executive training, I found very valuable tangible and applicable skills for communicating more effectively with my coworkers. The premise I still find a bit tenuous, however, they understand communciation and have taught me how to work with people in their native communication schemes which has been invaluable. - DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES1B-10B USDBankingReview Source
Product Knowledge Is Strong But Onboarding Process Presents Significant Challenges
The vendor is good, but not amazing. They know their product, but forget the client doesn't, so you have to ask the right questions. But they are very responsive. - Talent Acquisition<50M USDConstructionReview Source
Predictive Index Facilitates Hiring and Talent Development Throughout Employee Journey
This is my 2nd time using PI professionally and I think it's a great tool to use in the initial hiring process, but also throughout an employee's journey with the company. - HUMAN RESOURCES ASSOCIATE50M-1B USDMiscellaneousReview Source

It has drastically improved our ability to find great fits for the company and teams, and provided our leaders a deeper insight into their team dynamics, resulting in higher productivity, employee engagement, and team relationships. We use PI daily. - DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE EXPERIENCE50M-1B USDMediaReview Source
Strong personality assessments, but hard to justify a bigger competency-based deployment due to cost
Quite impressive assessments, they felt more accurate than others we've done in the past with a few caveats!
