When the system was first implemented it met all requirements. However, as technology has changed and businesses need more agile platforms, it was felt this platform performed more clunky than others. Staff changes have also meant that the relationship hasn't quite been what it was. In the past we could request changes to be made but over the past few years that has been pushed back upon us.
