Back when it was implemented it was easy to use.
The software is secure and easy to set up and implement. Availability of file sharing options with temporary access links. Good integration of the tool with other systems which reduces the complexity of workflows. Simple file transfer capabilities and unlimited software customization. Affordable pricing. The software has more helpful features such as file encryption systems and expiration management. Thru has secure Cloud storage and an intuitive web interface .
1) UI looks a bit dated, could have a sleeker design. 2) Limited customization options. Some workflows and access controls could have more flexibility. 3) Documentation could be more detailed around advanced features, such as filtering different file types within a transfer.
I feel that the product hasn't evolved to meet our business needs. Even trying to get the logo changed on the homepage was a bit of a nightmare as we had to keep going back and forth over size and isolation zones.
We have not faced intimidation throughout the implementation process. No dislike.
