It is easy to use, intuitive, and does not require programming experience to create automation workflows for different processes in the IT landscape. It uses a simple JSON structured schema to declare variables and connect different modules of the workflow which can span across different IT deployments like on-prem, cloud or hybrid. Torq also has the capability to create automated workflows using LLM prompts which has taken automation to the next level.
