User interface is very easy to navigate and keep organized, search features are very easy to use and find what information you are looking for, automated response and manual responses are very good at working.
The weakness is on new phishing email using QR code The difficulty to analysing malicious attachment without using licensed Virustotal
security assessment - poorly worded questions and lack of understanding on responses.
Its AI scoring can be very off at times with the AI summaries for the scoring being essentially useless at times. New features that are introduced are nice but lack some testing before they can reach full functionality. Wish pages would update quicker when making changes as sometimes you have to click off and come back for page to update.
