whilst support is acknowledged quickly , the responses have often failed to resolve issues. Little support with regards usage of the platform and evolving our use of the products purchased. Content is good and has landed well with users - chameleon and inside man remain favours.

I like that the URLs within an email has a VirusTotal addon so you could scan each URL via virus total. I also like the customizable features in their Phish Campaign module, where you can take a real Phish email, edit the sender and URLs to something that is not malicious, and use as a template to Phish test your employees.

User interface is very easy to navigate and keep organized, search features are very easy to use and find what information you are looking for, automated response and manual responses are very good at working.

The PhishER engine which auto determines the percent of clean or threat on every email can be very inaccurate. This engine is used for PhishER's AI to judge whether an email is malicious or clean, however the AI takes few things in account, for example subject, title of the attachment and if they match a malicious email, the AI will mark this email (which could be clean), as malicious.

Its AI scoring can be very off at times with the AI summaries for the scoring being essentially useless at times. New features that are introduced are nice but lack some testing before they can reach full functionality. Wish pages would update quicker when making changes as sometimes you have to click off and come back for page to update.
