It is easy to deploy and has a great user interface. Their sales and support process has been great, with an upfront and easy-to-work-with team.
The analytics engine that let you slice and dice through the datalake , the disovery and cataloging feature . The support model is simple , direct and personal unlike other established vendors who has a stringent SLA and escalation matrix.
The visibility the platform provides into each API endpoint.
It is scalable but costly. Its own success can cause costs to run away. They are a newer product and had some early bugs, but the team was responsive when we encountered them.
Certain unsupported features like end to end topology of the cascaded api calls from different environments and lack of granular reporting.
Once deployed, Traceable provides a wealth of data but it is difficult to export that data on a regular basis. Their own API documentation could also be improved.
