Tray Universal Automation Cloud Likes & Dislikes
i've really liked the variety of buit-in triggers, especially heap, tyepform, webhook and the form trigger, those are the ones we use the most along with hubspot. I also appreciate the built in data tables funcionalit, its very useful for small databases or tables that dont need to be connected to sheets or office365.

Read Full ReviewSince there are infinite use cases to solve for, it always feels like you're starting from scratch. The templates are helpful but still require a lot of manual time

Intuitive Design Needed for Users With Less Technical Skills in Workflow Tools
Overall, the experience has been good, however it should be more intuitive, considereing that more and more users area low code or no code, or people coming in with less technical skills. i come from ux background and when using tray, my learning curve is hard-moderate. i found it challenging to understand the concept of action outputs (like the user output buttom) however the screens for viewing inputs and outputs are excellent they allow you to see the full code which is very useful for debugging flows - Engineer<50M USDSoftwareReview Source
Driving Operational Efficiency with Low code Automation
I've had a great overall experience using Tray for building automations and Integrations. The platform is intuitive making it easy to connect systems and automate repetitive business processes. As an embedded user, I find value in it for building client-facing solutions. Its low code approach significantly reduces development time, and with the variety of connectors and ability to add custom logic via scripts, adds to its versatility. The main areas that could improve are debugging and monitoring, which can be challenging for large scale workflows. That said. Tray remains a dependable and well supported platform that delivers strong value for enterprise automations. - Engineer50M-1B USDBankingReview Source
The best low-to-no-code IPaaS out there with seemingly every and any use case covered for!
Tray has simply put, saved me alone hundreds of hours by having the ability to connect various systems of ours in our GTM Tech Stack, including our homegrown system/product without the need for coding or even working with our ever-so-busy dev teams. Also the few times I've reached out for support, the responses have been top-notch, and deeply personalized. - Associate Director of Ad Operations50M-1B USDMediaReview Source
Tray Offers Broad Automation Capabilities Accessible to Non-Coders and Experts Alike
Tray is the best and easiest automation tool that I've ever used. The breadth of the product is pretty fantastic. People who have never coded before and don't even recognize HTML code can use it. And it lets you get as advanced and technical as possible. So there's something for everyone in Tray. - PRODUCT MANAGER50M-1B USDSoftwareReview Source
Really solid tool for integrations, but support could be better.
Tray has made it way easier for us to automate stuff between multiple tools without looping in engineering every single time. It's honestly become a pretty core part of how we run integrations now.
