The user interface and reporting dashboards could be more intuitive and customizable. Initial setup and configuration can be complex without experienced resources. We needed support from Tricentis. Documentation and troubleshooting guidance could be more comprehensive for advanced use cases. For big volume executions it lacks a proper support for mass data creation. Typically it takes us more time to prepare the environments and data than executing the scenarios.

The platform is reliable and scalable for enterprise workloads.
