Actually I like both but if you ask then Product it good but service is more good.

My favorite feature has to be the ease of use. It's pretty clear the UI was thought out in an intelligent and user friendly manner.

The slowness of the web driver Fewer features to add conditions in test cases

I don't think is anything I don't like about this product

I hate that we are in different timezones. This is no fault of the product. It just makes it difficult to get immediate support.
