First, the ease of use. After weeks of failing to deploy our companys first ML models on other services, it only took me a few hours to make it work on TrueFoundry. The UI is very intuitive and makes it easy to understand what is going on, right out of the box. The support is also outstanding. We regularly request help from the TrueFoundry team. They quickly delve into our technical issues, even when the issue is entirely on our side. When we request new features, I'm always amazed with their speed of execution. It sometimes takes less than a week between our initial request and their deployment to production.

1. Team has been really supportive and the support and resolution provided is truly exceptional. 2. Product itself starts delivering value within the first week of implementation. 3. The constant innovation from Truefoundry team has been phenomenal
As a Mexican company, the pricing of TrueFoundry seems high to us (salaries are 20-30% of what they are in the Bay Area, so any per-seat service seems 3-5 times more expensive from our point of view). That was my only real complaint, but since Gartner is asking for 3 negative points, I'll nitpick: - When a replica can't be assigned to any node, the feedback from TrueFoundry is not always clear to people with limited understanding of Kubernetes (the reasons why it can't be assigned to the current nodes are not in plain English). - We had a recent issue of not being able to delete a user because that user still had some active permissions. I think we should be able to force-delete a user (and whater permissions this user still had should be deleted by cascade).
Could be more proactive in highlighting downtimes at their end

Our main use of TrueFoundry is as a managed Kubernetes, finding a perfect balance between pre-defined behavior (pre-installed applications, good default settings, ...) and customization. This will suit the needs of most ML teams: technical people who are not interested in learning the intricate details of Kubernetes. We also use the AI gateway.
