What stands out most is the centralized AI gateway capability for provider-agnostic model access, the strong governance and security controls that support enterprise use, and the observability layer that gives clear visibility into usage, latency and cost.

What I like most about Tfy is how it removes all the operational friction and lets me focus purely on building and improving AI systems. I don't have to think about managing multiple SDKs, handling retries, or setting up infrastructure for deployments. It's all handled in a clean, centralized way. The AI Gateway and deployment platform make everything feel consistent and reliable, which is a big deal when working with both LLMs and traditional ML models. It saves me a lot of time and reduces unexpected issues in production, so I can move faster and experiment more confidently

What we like less today is that some capabilities still require further industrialization for global scale, self-service packaging is not yet as mature as we would ideally want for broader adoption, and operational hardening such as standardized telemetry, playbooks and reusable delivery patterns still continue evolving.

Could be more proactive in highlighting downtimes at their end

While the platform handles a lot of the complexity for me, it can also be a bit of an effort to trace what's happening under the hood since a lot is managed internally. But that's not really a problem, I am very happy with the product a lot. It gives confidence to experiment with things

For me personally, working with Truefoundry felt less like managing infrastructure and more like building useful AI systems.
