Once onboarding started, we had a custom checklist with our needs and a dedicated account rep leading weekly sessions walking us through the actual product and building out our specific use cases. The product has impressive capabilities and rich customization options around workflows, model cards, and vendor profiles, which take some time to understand and navigate in order to use it effectively. The reporting features and policy risk profiles, along with the AI assistance to help fill them in are also very useful.

The Trustible team has been a great support by providing a tool that adheres to our AI governance framework while bringing efficiency through intelligent risk identification recommendations. The information available in each use case provides the capability to have a complete AI use case repository in one place.
