My overall experience with Microsoft Purview has been positive, especially in terms of data governance, information protection and compliance management. Purview provides a unified platform to classify, monitor and protect data which has helped streamline workflows and improve visibility for data usage and the risks associated with it. Integration with Microsoft365 products and services makes it easier to enforce compliance and policies across all platforms.
Data Loss Prevention policies are flexible and effective across cloud apps, Office apps and helps in preventing accidental or intentional data leakage.
However, some scans, content searches and eDiscovery tasks may take longer than expected, especially in a large environment.
