I am quite satisfied with any request needed. Fast responses and well targeted action to resolve issues.

Technology works well, support is great, but administrative side of business has a lot of work to do. Very frustrating when a device breaks and a new one is supposed to be shipped out overnight, but you have no way of knowing if the device actually left the facility since there seems to be no communication between tech support and the logistics team. Sometimes i have to drive two hours to get to a site and without knowing if the device even shipped is very frustrating and needs to be improved.
