Technology works well, support is great, but administrative side of business has a lot of work to do. Very frustrating when a device breaks and a new one is supposed to be shipped out overnight, but you have no way of knowing if the device actually left the facility since there seems to be no communication between tech support and the logistics team. We implement Trustwave SEG cloud based email scanning and have found it to be a very complete system for scanning and mitigating issues with bad actors using email as a means of propagating malicious and fake information. The SEG console is easy for the end-users to track their blocked emails and unblock valid ones and add addresses to a white list.
