I like the real time visibility into software delivery metrics, the automated AI-powered code review capabilities and its developer experience insights that help teams improve velocity and quality. The platform's ability to unify metrics across tools also stand out.

DORA metrics gives us 360-degree view of team performance and overload. Benchmarking against industry standards helps us understand where we stand in terms of efficiency.

There is less manual effort involved in the case of code reviews, or finding out where and why the PR is stuck. I love the PR summary feature that is directly integrated with Slack. Use it all the time.

Dislike

The main issues include a possible learning curve for new users, potential overlap with existing analytics tools, and limited clarity on advanced customization options. Documentation on deep features usage could be stronger.

Right now, some reports feel too high-level for individual teams. Would you like to see suggestions for talking points based on these team metrics.
