Itineris has proven to be a true partner in all aspects of the relationship. Recently we renewed our contract with Itineris until 2022 with likely extension until 2025 (+7 years). ALM en roadmap strategy is joint effort.

There is no dislike to the product or service. The impact of new upgrades of Microsoft in the past was significant but this will change on the Dynamics 365 platform.

I wish I had the ability to control the sizes of the boxes of information I look at or to be able to collapse information boxes that I rarely use to have more space to view other information.
