I like the ease of label creation.

They have competitive pricing, great customer service & usually hit their guarantees (obviously, there are unforeseen circumstances which can cause delays sometimes).

Account Representatives change often. Organizational oversight and planning Communication from upper management.

The software doesn't automatically send delivery notifications like some of the competitors. They charge extra for this and I think that is ridiculous.

We received a damaged package once & it was a very lengthy project to receive restitution.
