I like the accessibility and easy single sign-on option for our internal teams to access the information. It is a great distribution outlet for competitor information, and makes it easy for users to access as little (the intelligence update emails) or as much (the full competitor profiles, earnings statements, macro-economic data, etc), as they would like.

It provides us very powerful and updated information
I think the data visualizations in the competitor profiles is lackluster. It is not super customizable and has caused us to have to come up with some work arounds to best visualize competitor data.
UI/UX in Saved Searches. Could/should be easier to set up and edit.
The cost, because we are an Association, not a big company
