As is a newly oriented tool, reports are at shorter time and each process performed is in real time, it is also customizable and has electronic billing systems, reliable s and exact. This tool allows suppliers to handle communicated with you in All time even to keep customers contact, know their tastes and satisfy them from men that they continue to be part of their clients

Our business teams and users are very happy with the system experience. It was an experience they had hoped for with the previous vendor - but never experienced. It has streamlined their Purchasing and Invoicing processes. They are more than thrilled with the convenience they have with the BuyerQuest P2P in place, since they had pain points with their previous vendor experience.

Consistent webservice responses are from my perspective awesome. A previous partner of ours was incapable of providing such and as a result, we had to come up with additional methods of validating successful transactions.

I do not have problems with the tool complies with my professional purposes

This remains to be seen, as we have just gone live with the project. There are certain functionality that is being incorporated at the moment, that will be released in the upcoming releases.

Dislike

Only one non-prod environment is preferred. I'm used to the usual Dev -> Test -> QA -> Prod promotion sequence and changing to Non-prod -> prod feels restrictive. That said, BQ has been able to give us a second non-prod environment which has mitigated this concern.

    Great user experience for our P2P business users

    As an integrator of the BuyerQuest P2P system with our ERP system, BuyerQuest was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Their solutions and turnaround times were super fast compared to other cloud vendors we worked with before this implementation. This set the tone for our implementation project and there was absolutely no confusion about the solutions or answers that were provided to my team. BuyerQuest team had certain timeline for their product and tried to accommodate our company's requirement when required depending on the criticality of the issue. They were very transparent of what can be accomplished within the timeline and suggested alternatives when necessary. The best part that I felt was - there was no bait-and-switch that I see far too many times.

    Integrating with BuyerQuest has been a very positive experience. They were able to build the necessary features that weren't available when we first began at a great pace and provided hotfixes that addressed our biggest concerns very quickly. Overall great experience.

    Buyerquest eCatalog - Outstanding Solution

    Buyerquest's eCatalog functionality and support was outstanding. We loaded 18 primary vendor data (mostly hosted data), with improved discounts, on this platform and integrated with our maintenance system (Maximo) both desktop and mobile (EZMAX). Critical success factors were met with flying colors: time to implement, intuitive 'Amazon' like search, and end-user acceptance.

    From initial discussions to post go-live support, I have been impressed with the BuyerQuest Procure-to-Pay Suite as well as their entire organization. It is clear that they are passionate about what they do, both from a solution perspective as well as ensuring customer success.
