Vbrick were very professional in troubleshooting and resolving mission critical issues. I opened a case regarding multiple issues with rev and that as of now one of your DME's is down. They created incident number: 00073487.
Vbrick CS Plan for Resolution: As I mentioned over the phone, was to update my case priority to a higher priority and go ahead and escalate my case to their engineers so that they could assist me. DME was running out of disk space on a 100 gb drive. With the engineer assistances i was able to add 2 TBs of disk space. Also users were unable to login using ldap, after doing ldap snyc, users were able to access university videos.

The demos went well, however implementation went the other way quickly. It's a far more complicated product than advertised and does require more IT support experience. Services team has a limited bench and there are no other partners found that can assist.

The extensive customization options available in Rev; DMEs and encoders to suit your specific needs. Vbrick support staff are knowledgeable and very helpful.
They closed my initial case after not hearing from me for two days.
It's complicated. Better have good IT skills ready for the live events. User interface is limited. There is no training program.
There's not much to dislike. It just requires time to discover all the ways you can implement the technology to your benefit.

Well, you never know about these products sometimes until you buy and use. We could not go actually try it somewhere. We had Demo's on line and asked all out questions, but until you drive it, you just do not know. That said: We have been very happy with our VBrick purchase.
