The camera system is fantastic. The ability to view, download, share, etc. is better than other professional systems I have used. My biggest issue is with their access control and gross lack of viable reporting. In my experience, Verkada has gone from a very customer focused organization to one that is simply focused on creating another half-baked product to sell.

We've been a Verkada customer since 2019 after our warehouse facility was broken into. Our legacy camera and alarm systems failed to inform us of the intrusion and left us with little of value to conduct an investigation or hold anyone accountable. Verkada's camera, access, and alarm systems have been an integral component to fixing our security and proactively being alerted when incidents occur around or in our facilities.
