The camera capabilities and durability far exceed what we've had and the command center software is extremely easy to use and intuitive. Going from an on-prem system to this cloud system is night and day better. Wish we would have done it sooner.
Great cameras - Cameras provide good pictures and are easily accessible using the Verkada Command page. Ability to share video - I am able to share video using a link. I can limit the time that that link is viable, if the person receiving the link can download, etc. Management Interface - The ease of managing the product is wonderful with the glaring exception of reporting. The reporting is complete garbage and they refuse to fix it. I can only view/download 60 days of audit at a time. So if I want to know who accessed a specific camera, I have to look at it in 60 day increments. Same goes for ANY other function like how many badges did an admin create over the last 12 months. I have to search 60 days at a time. Filtering on the access control logs is also almost non-existent. If a leader asks me how many of their people are coming in on time for the past 6 months, I have to put each person's name in because there is no filterable field that can be used for section/division/etc.

I don't have any dislikes. We're really thrilled with all aspects of the service and hardware.
Reporting is terrible. This is a security service/product and should have robust reporting capabilities in all areas, audit, security, etc. Response to feature requests - When we first came on board with cameras, they were very responsive. As their organization has grown, they seem to not be worried about support of existing products, but rather sale of existing and new products.
I have no real issues regarding there products but the hardware cost is a premium, limited compatability with third party cameras, total cost of ownership can be high but this is also a premium product
