Beautifully designed physical products and their accompanying web portal for configuration.
Great cameras - Cameras provide good pictures and are easily accessible using the Verkada Command page. Ability to share video - I am able to share video using a link. I can limit the time that that link is viable, if the person receiving the link can download, etc. Management Interface - The ease of managing the product is wonderful with the glaring exception of reporting. The reporting is complete garbage and they refuse to fix it. I can only view/download 60 days of audit at a time. So if I want to know who accessed a specific camera, I have to look at it in 60 day increments. Same goes for ANY other function like how many badges did an admin create over the last 12 months. I have to search 60 days at a time. Filtering on the access control logs is also almost non-existent. If a leader asks me how many of their people are coming in on time for the past 6 months, I have to put each person's name in because there is no filterable field that can be used for section/division/etc.
A single pane of glass that offers insights into all available products is a game changer for someone who manages a facility and being able to quickly pivot from cameras, to access control, to alarms, and being able to integrate these products and features into one cohesive ecosystem.
Licensing can be a little on the pricey side.
Reporting is terrible. This is a security service/product and should have robust reporting capabilities in all areas, audit, security, etc. Response to feature requests - When we first came on board with cameras, they were very responsive. As their organization has grown, they seem to not be worried about support of existing products, but rather sale of existing and new products.
Their product has grown a lot over the years, but sometimes the features they lack have left me wondering how they evaluate and prioritize development. The key takeaway though is that they are always developing and improving the product, as the hardware is pretty well built, the software has been continuously improved.

The camera system is fantastic. The ability to view, download, share, etc. is better than other professional systems I have used. My biggest issue is with their access control and gross lack of viable reporting. Great camera/access platform that is integrated
Verkada as a platform has been really fantastic to setup, the most difficult part is ensuring the properly cabling and such is available to help install the cameras, but that is not an issue for the platform of Verkada
