VPAS is an excellent system for administering our product; 2. engagement managers and project managers are attentive and address issues in a timely fashion; 3. the vendor is flexible in allowing us to use the products and services we need without forcing us to pay for what we don't need and; 4. the subject matter experts in the implementation phase regarding the product set-up were very good

Implementing and documenting initial business processes was not a smooth undertaking; 2. we don't feel that we always get competent subject matter experts, particularly on the product support team and; 3. turnover in the BPO unit was initially concerning in regards to servicing our clients, although this was corrected
