We don't usually give top scores lightly, but our experience with Databricks has been genuinely very strong. From the initial implementation through to ongoing support, they've been reliable, easy to work with, and clearly invested in making the platform successful for us, not just selling the technology.

We use Astro for workflow standarization and process visibility across the board. Overall, the experience has been positive; it reduced manual effort and made it easier to automate repetitive tasks. Previously, we were using self-hosted Apache Airflow, wich consumed not only financial resources (AWS infraestructure) but also significant operational time from our infraestructure team, wich we are now saving. We encontred some initial issues during implementation, mainly related to the initial dabase config with AWS. However, after resolving those issues, we did not experience futher problems.

This has been a massive help for us, saving us a lot of time! It's a big tool that connects and fills any gap between our data engineers and our finance department.

Overall experience using this product has been smooth. Data visualization has been easy with this tool and data analysis is so much more accessible to any new user.

IBM databand was an observability program that offered excellent observability and data management. It had a neat dashboard and allowed us to continuously monitor the things that we needed to monitor without issue. It allowed us to predict delays of many types and optimize our business processes.

I Have had a good Experience using Datamates for assisting with data-related tasks and improving productivity. It helps simplify workflows and provides useful suggestions for handling data operations. The Platform is helpful in Day to Day usage, although some features take time to fully understand initially.
