WebEOC is everything that we need it to be
Our experience with Intermedix has generally been positive. Our requests, problems, and other requirements are generally met in a timely and competent manner. Communication regarding product updates has been good, but attention to industry-specific needs has lagged. The recent spin-off of WebEOC from Intermedix to Juvare appears to have prompted a new focus and energy into the product that we haven't seen since the ESI days. Implementation went well with users finding the tool very easy to use.
We did the installation of software not the vendor. Vendor did the discovery and configuration of the software and intial training. We now are experiencing issues with Mapper - it does not appear available along with other plugins. It has been a week of troubleshooting.
