The fact that it's multifunctional. You could use it to chat, send documents, hop on a call/video, transfer money, hail cabs, order food and more!
Communication options and payment systems that are easy to use
user can use it instantly after deployment, into windows environment or smartphone
UI feels a bit clunky. You can't edit group pictures, at least up until the last I checked. also messages in other laguages like hindi don't always render well and get chopped mid sentence.
Processing time sometimes is slow
This product could be better at the customization interface. Actually it is not possible to make it really brandable.
