The thing that most distinguishes Wellable from some other platforms is the use of the 8 dimensions of wellness through the PWA as opposed to other vendors that use an HRA to collect data. This aligns with the approach our organization takes on wellness education. We also like the health coaching feature which is unique and allows the platform to feel more personal/customized for users. We also appreciate the depth of on-demand content available.
The on-demand feature and the Wellable Rewards Wallet have got to be our organizations favorite features. We also enjoy the monthly holistic content and the ability to customize and add our own touches to each monthly challenge.
Wellable is easy and engaging to use. The leaderboard is a big hit among our employees as we compete in the challenges. It is incredible how much we can customize our challenges, and the team we work with always makes it easy to accomplish exactly what will work well for our teams. All of these combined make administering Wellable to our employees one of my favorite parts of my job.
Some of the data available on the dashboard and reports does not provide the details we are looking for. We would also like to be able to use push notifications to send users to links outside of the platform (i.e., links to our organization's website). We would like to be able to integrate our organization's internal offerings into the platform better - we currently use a second, external platform for our event registration and therefore have to use additional metrics to assess utilization of our services.
No complaints!
I wish we couldchange how we want to measure our team performance. RIght now we are only able to display teams in terms of team average instead of the sum of points.
