A simple tool which relies mostly on latest technologies and helps employees alert on the workouts / tasks at minimal intervals
WellSteps had a few fully prepared programs for wellness activities to be conducted among the employees which can cater to any kind of organization. Just using those programs as a first step and designing the activities is very convenient. WellSteps had a significant role in our wellness activity programs.
Real time updates on activities and how they impact your daily goals. Variety of incentives that keep participants motivated and interested. Wide knowledge base that provides insight and information for making healthier choices in life.
There couldn't be much customization and the cost can be reduced.
A few things I would like to point out at this point in time in regard to what I dislike about WellSteps are their bugs/code fixes that need to be done. The app gets stuck while used and we had to kill it and start it again.
Some of the tasks could be too much, depending on current health status Difficulty logging into the app at times which causes frustration Resolution time of bugs/issues within the app
