The platform does a really good job of driving engagement through gamification features. Rewards, badges and leaderboards make the platform exciting for staff. I thoroughly enjoy viewing the leaderboard to see how often it changes. Another great feature includes the customization feature. Our organization was able to customize campaigns based on our core values.
It's easy to use, the tool doesn't require long training, we could promote cooperation in the company and easily check progress in every process.
Key features of the product are as follows Ease of signup and project creation, which is essential for adoption, Event Management in organizing team building activities, Data downloading & reporting helps to get insights on participation & engagement levels, numerous ways to engage with employees, Robust reporting structure in maintaining transparency & accountability, Region wise ranking fosters a healthy competition and help the organizers in centralized management.
The only downside is that accessing this platform on mobile apps is not as easy to view and navigate. For instance, when viewing from the mobile app, the leadership board visibility is not nearly as great as shown on the desktop.
Vendor lock-in, online materials could be more detailed, chat functionality doesn't work stable
Chat functionality, enabling users to chat freely with each other would enhance collaborations and allow for more ideas to be exchanged. Allowing users to comment & like on each other's post, creates a sense of connection. Integration with existing systems would improve the user experience better.
