What I liked most is the simplicity of the tool along with the great initiative to help out companies grow their work strength with a variety of individuals and let them flourish and grow with detailed insights. It gives you analytical ability over each individual talents and gives you a detailed report on which are the best techniques to have them on board.
I like the visually appealing layout and how easy it is to navigate.
The diversity search feature is nice which I haven't seen on many other platforms. Also, the reports and talent market insights have been useful occasionally.
Some services and metrics are more focused towards industry centric requirements. This can be modified or updated to serve a variety of business strategies and requirements.
I dislike how inaccurate the candidate information is on the site (phone numbers, emails, LinkedIn profile links, etc.)
Still quite an expensive tool for my use case. It takes a bit of time to get used to a new way of running a search if you're used to Linkedin.
