“Oracle Learning Cloud: High Compliance Tracking amid Implementation Issues”

Our experience with implementing Oracle Learning Cloud solution has been more of mixed bag I would say. The implementation support was lacking so that meant a lot of back-and-forth with their team to get things sorted out especially around reporting. Oracle did have good compliance tracking for our users (both internal and external) and it also had some useful mobile functionality. All in all Oracle has tons of features but they are not very intuitive to use.

Another positive aspect of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is the ability to create customized reports and get meaningful insights through reports about the employees talent. Customized reports and other insights help HR develop training programs and other decisions for the employees. Oracle Fusion is best for large companies as it provides global level compliance features.

Like

The product is constantly delivering features that are not only timely, but critical to the efficiency of how we run our business. The new AI agents help streamline our transactional work, as well as creates more time for our business to focus on the essentials. The release quarterly is helpful as well, so that we are receiving new innovations more regularly. The development team also listens for feedback and incorporates them into the releases. This shows that they are listening to the customer and enhancing the product based on our needs.

Like

I like the high level of compliance tracking that is available with Oracle reporting. There are also mobile apps available which are useful especially for Android & iOS devices if you have training content that is optimized for mobile viewing. Oracle LMS also has extensive enterprise features and analytics capabilities, as well as resources to reference to help you get started.

We value our partnership with Oracle, whose team consistently delivers excellent service and demonstrates a strong willingness to support us with guidance and resources. As we navigate Transitions within Oracle like Redwood, & AI Agents, we have found both the documentation and access to subject matter experts to be of the highest quality. This level of support reinforces a strong, collaborative partnership and contributes significantly to our success.

Dislike

There is not much I would say I dislike about the product. Yes, the product cannot solve for everything, so there are some areas that are specific to our business that we want in the system, but these are very few as they understand the best practices and deliver towards that.

Dislike

While there are many useful features, there was a really steep learning curve to figure out the reporting and analytics. It is very difficult to integrate or customize anything without getting their team involved and going through a lot of delays. I'd recommend keeping in close communication with their support team and all stakeholders far in advance to plan ahead for any new implementations or reporting customizations needed.

N/A we currently do not have any dislikes with the Product or the service the team is always helpful and make great partners. We are happy with the product and service.
