We enjoy the user-friendly interface, customization capabilities and the comprehensive functionality that Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM has to offer. The new UI enhances the overall user experience, providing a visually appealing and streamlined interface that simplifies the HR management and self service processes. Oracle has made great strides in providing administrators the ability to customize transactional pages and create validations around user input. This level of customization empowers organizations to tailor their system to their specific needs and workflows. It also allows admins to define validations and customize pages to ensure the data entered into the system meets the required standards and aligns with the organizations processes which helps eliminate bad data and extra time to correct the misinformation. The other key strength we would like to callout is it's comprehensive range of functionalities. The solution offers multiple modules allowing us to have a single unified platform. This allows the company to streamline operations/processes and proved a holistic view of HR data.

The best feature of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is its strong reporting tools. It can generate customized reports without any problems and also provide important information about employee performance which helps HR to take important decisions in a timely manner. Another feature of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM I like the most is that their different teams like talent management, analytics team, core HR work together to reduce the silos in the enterprise because of its will integrated different modules.

There are not many things we dislike about the product. We do not like how legal entities are treated. They are seen as different businesses within HCM. When someone transfers entities, they are terminated from one legal entity and then hired into the new one. This causes some complications and nuances for reporting and integrations but can be worked around. This is a new concept different than Oracle EBS where the legal entity was just an attribute associated to a worker. The other downside are the amount of scheduled processes that need to be overseen by the administrators. Some of the processes that need to be run are required to be scheduled by the administrators. It would make more sense if Oracle had some of the processes run automatically instead of relying on the clients to schedule the processes.

Oracle Fusion Cloud is a very large platform and it has many modules like employee performance modules or talent acquisition modules, it demands a lot of time and team efforts to implement it. Also, it provides frequent updates so the teams have to constantly check the updates and configure the platform accordingly every time.
