It is very difficult to integrate or customize anything without getting their team involved and going through a lot of delays. I'd recommend keeping in close communication with their support team and all stakeholders far in advance to plan ahead for any new implementations or reporting customizations needed.
Oracle Fusion Cloud is a very large platform and it has many modules like employee performance modules or talent acquisition modules, it demands a lot of time and team efforts to implement it. Also, it provides frequent updates so the teams have to constantly check the updates and configure the platform accordingly every time.
