Simplicity of review, no knowledge of video production is needed. Efficient export of notes to my NLE for implementation. Ease of managing client notes and replies over successive versions.
As a producer of assets, it is very easy to upload, manage, organize and share content with whomever I like, and stay on top of that content and related comments, proposed changes, and approvals. I particularly like the simple way users can review and comment without having to go through lengthy account setup processes and registration, especially for users that will only do this once or twice. I also like the fact that it is easy to summarize, understand, act on, and evolve projects simply and efficiently.
The ease and convenience of leaving comments, sharing videos, organizing them in folders, keeping older versions easily accessible.
As a content producer, a better view of client activity in the app would be helpful.
I don't really have any areas that I dislike. We have tried other tools and this is by far the eaisest one to use in our mind.
There are some minor annoyances that have not been fixed yet. I would like to see full video titles when I hover over them. Also if a video has been shared for approval it doesn't display comments any longer for some reason. And sometimes I can't see how many comments have been marked as complete. It works on some videos, but not all the time.
