It's very intuitive (at least I find it to be so). I like that for every comment that a user puts on a proof, there are icons your can use to react to the comment, you can reply, and you can resolve easily/directly. It feels easy to use, easy to add collaborators, easy to share with other collaborators, the palette of tools for commenting is not overwhelming, and it's easy to keep track of everyone's feedback.
The Digital Asset library made it easy for me to find and organize my digita assets. The review and approval system was simple and efficient way to collaborate and track the progress of the review process. The integration with other tools allow me to easily share and access files across different platforms and collaborate with my team.
Having all versions and feedback in one place is a huge relief and allowing us to attach files to comments is super helpful, since we work in healthcare so sometimes we need to deal with sensitive content, the private replies for sensitive notes are a life changer.
There is not much to complain about, in my experience. The only things I've come across that have been mildly annoying is sometimes if I leave a proof open for too long, the program signs me out and then I have to sign back in, in order to access the full capabilities of interacting on that proof. It also wasn't super clear at first that only the owner of the proof is able to add other collaborators. But these very minor things are not anything out of the ordinary for any platform that one might be trying out for the first time.
The clunky user interface: the platform was not very intuitive to navigate, making it difficult to find the features we needed, Stability issues: the platform frequently experienced glitches and errors, resulting in lost time and productivity. Poor customer support.
The biggest pain is scale. Filters feel rigid. Search requires exact matches, so finding things is not always easy. Also, sometimes it can be slow in terms of responding to feature requests, we'd like things like editing client comments but were told that has been on the roadmap for ages, this can be frustrating.

One platform for any type of media review and approval with a ton of advanced features
I love that we can use one review, feedback, and approval platform for all types of media for our marketing efforts. Other platforms are file type or app specific. Ziflow is great because it works with any file type, storage platform and is all web based which makes it so easy for our remote based team to work together on projects. We use it with Microsoft Teams, ClickUp, and Adobe apps. It works so well and has improved our work and collaboration so much.
