Wisedocs also offers thorough analytics of our company's usage of Wisedocs, capturing metrics on the number of pages uploaded to the system, who has been using the system, and the time periods when pages were uploaded. This is all displayed on a user-friendly line graph. Finally, Wisedocs allows its users to connect with members of their support team by submitting tickets on any given claim. For any questions, comments, or issues we run into, we are able to submit a ticket to the team and receive a quick response.

In especially busy seasons at our company, processing turnaround time can lag a bit. Also, the platform still seems to have trouble when processing larger files. Finally, it seems that our company's primary point of contact to Wisedocs is constantly changing, which can cause some confusion.
