Simple layout, easy to use
Its easy to get videos added to a webpage, and easy to customize the video player to how you need it. I appreciate some of the SEO capabilities built into the product as well.
Since Wistia offers editing features, we'd like them to be more granular, offering cutting and deleting in-between parts, not just the length, which in terms of UX brings us outside of Wistia and exploring other video editing tools.
I would like to see more features and functionality. Customer support takes a very long time to respond.
No real complaints here. There's less of a community with this product than you might find with other competitors, but I typically haven't found that to be that detrimental to my experience.
