We've been using WitnessAI for a few months now and overall it's been a solid experience. The product is giving us visibility and control over how our team uses AI tools. Setup wasn't too painful. There are a few rough edges here and there, but nothing that's been a dealbreaker for us.

1. The policy engine is genuinely flexible, we were able to define rules around what data can and can't be shared with AI tools without writing a ton of custom code. 2. The audit logs are detailed and useful when something needs to be investigated.

First of all, what for us stand out of this product is the intuitive use interface. Secondly, Reliable security features. Like we could create our own policies based on each department or roll. And other feature of security is AI Attack Protection Detection that block for unknown attacks. And last responsive customer support. They consistently resolve issue quickly and provide helpful guidance during onboarding and troubleshooting.

The scaling it can give you is enterprise level unlike other competitors

1. The documentation could be more developer-friendly, sometimes I had to reach out to support for things that should've been in the docs. 2. Reporting features are functional but feel a bit basic would love more customizable report templates. 3. Integration with some of our internal tools took more effort than expected.

Some times there where issues over occasional delays in data synchronization causing impacting user experience. Some advanced features require additional configuration which increase setup complexity for new user. Integration with legacy systems is challenging, often needing custom development and extra testing effort.
