- We like UX - you can create OKRs by drag and drop from planning module. UI is friendly an intuitive, which ensures a good adoption from our users. - Workboard onboarding process is detailed and with in advance defined success metrics - We like semi-automated QBRs that increase our efficiency
The possibility to integrate automatically with the organizational charts, the timing of new services delivery and the possibility to export in Ppt/pdf.
Pricing could be more competitive, however, so far we are happy with the ROI. Other than pricing, there are not many disbenefits we experienced in 8 months of usage

Workboard - Strategy Execution Platform
We have replaced our previous OKR tool with Workboard since we evaluated it had more and better features than the old OKR tool. We have been using the tool for 8 months and he overall experience is very positive. The support is top level, experts from Workboard are professional and available whenever required.
