Adaptive is an effective budgeting software, but doesn't have many bells & whistles. It is a little clunky for users and some of the functionality isn't that straight forward. We are a NFP with not too many tech savvy individuals, and they often have the same difficulties each year using the site. The budget modules do work and there is plenty of room for customization, however we often find glitches and it is sometimes difficult to navigate between different budget sections.

Workday adaptive planning has been a great tool overall. Its easy to use, helps steamline budgeting and forecasting. Saves a lot of manual effort. There was a bit of learning curve at first, but once I got used to it, the features really helped improve efficiency and collaboration.
