Workday Adaptive Planning

Workday Adaptive Planning is how easy it makes budgeting and forecasting. The interface is clean, and I can quickly update models without relying heavily on spreadsheets. It also allows for better collaboration across teams, which saves time and avoids confusion.

It looks like an excel sheet, which is somewhat familiar to people. It is easy to grant/remove users. Once you have worked through difficult configuration, it's easy to copy one year's template to future years.

The most I like about it is how is it is to update numbers and run different scenarios, earlier we used to spend hours working on excel

Customization options, especially around reports and dashboards can be a but tricky to setup without technical help. It is powerful but not always straight forward Sometimes small changes take more time than expected.

A little difficult to use at times. Reporting could be much easier. It is extremely overpriced for it's functionality.

Sometimes the system runs bit slow while running big reports and the training part can be more simple
