To summarize, the user friendliness of this ERP makes it very easy to use for any finance professional and it does not require you to have prior experience with this ERP, you can get used to this ERP on your own and in very quick time.

Reporting Usability: While reporting is powerful, creating or modifying reports can be cumbersome without advanced expertise, limiting agility for end users needing quick insights. 3. Steep learning curve : The interface can be complex for non-finance users, requiring significant training and ongoing support to become proficient.

You can search for anything, but it's hard to find something. It requires a lot of end user training in order to be able to properly navigate its different features and reports so one tends to spend a lot of time looking for simple things such as specific expense reports, journal entries, vendor payments, etc.

1. Data export limitations - Exporting financial data to external formats has limitations, it provides us with limited options. Also, exporting large amounts of data is not very well supported and often throws errors while trying to do so. 2. Performance issue with large data sets- report involving large set of data takes very long to generate and we dont have the option to change any particular field in mid of the report in such cases we have to re run the report which takes very long to generate. 3. Changing parameters - every time we need to change parameters we need to go back to the main parameter page to do the change which takes additional time. 4. whenever we drill down to a number by simply clicking on the numbers it opens in the same tab and if we have to go back to the main report simply clicking back button does not work in that case we need to again run the report. The ERP should allow drilling down to a number and coming back to the main report without requiring to again re-run the reports or creating multiple tabs.
