The aspect I appreciate most is its ability to provide real time visibility into financial data across the organization. Also, it offers seamless integration and has great user experience.

Its difficult to navigate in the system, especially when searching for specific reports or taks, which often requires users to remember specific, abbreviated names. The reporting function can be slow to load, and you may encouter pop-ups asking if you would like to be notified when a report becomes available, which adds unnecessary steps and delays to the workflow. Occasional performance slowdowns when handling large data sets or multiple users simultaneously

You can search for anything, but it's hard to find something. It requires a lot of end user training in order to be able to properly navigate its different features and reports so one tends to spend a lot of time looking for simple things such as specific expense reports, journal entries, vendor payments, etc.

The primary challenge I have encountered is the complexity involved in customizing certain features and workflows to fit unique business requirements. Also, new users face some initial challenge in learning the platform. Also, cost is a challenge for some organizations.
