The usability of esourcing is OUTSTANDING and full of features. Pipeline is an awesome collaboration tool that even engages stakeholders. The integration with SRM is just great, too.

Scout's integration into Workday feels like it is slowing new feature development. New features often times are focused on matching capabilities in other tools vs. approaching capabilities from a new, fresh perspective (though the tool is loaded with WAY better capabilities than any other tool, and packages it in an easy to use UI). The turnover of customer engagement reps is problematic.

Scout creates a seamless e-sourcing experience for suppliers and stakeholders
My team has been using Scout for two years and while we've had some challenges on the Sourcing Manager side, they are outweighed by the seamless e-sourcing experience for suppliers and stakeholders. Overall, it is great to have a central place for RFX submissions to live and Scout makes it easy for users to collaborate throughout the entire process (i.e. team chat, ability for stakeholders to edit). One of my team's favorite features is the supplier Q&A where stakeholders can respond to supplier questions in platform in an easy, collaborative way. The past couple years, our biggest challenge was with Scout Evaluations - though it has been great to see Scout implementing updates to help ease some of these challenges. Scout RFP is a fantastic esourcing tool for our sourcing org.
Scout RFP is an incredible esourcing tool that has contributed greatly to the digital transformation of our sourcing organization. The tool is very intuitive and easy to use for our stakeholders as well as bidding vendors which makes it very easy to create and launch sourcing events/projects from scratch. One of the biggest benefits that we get from Scout is the visibility into our sourcing organization that the tool provides.
