- End to end procurement on a single platform: This helped us streamline the processes and reduce manual intervention. - Better Visibility and Control: Real-time visibility and reporting enable stronger governance and decision making. - Standardized templates: Predefined templates for supplier registration, sourcing and auctions reduce the need for customization.
Nothing. It is a horrific service and it beggars belief that such large organisations use it when it slows everything down dramatically.
Ability to develop any strategy we require
- Limited Flexibility: We faced challenges in preparing the comparison sheet in Ariba because, as the standard functionality was not sufficient for our requirements and required significant customization. - Supplier onboarding challenges: smaller or less tech savvy suppliers face difficulties in registration which impacts adoption. - User Experience: Interface can be less intuitive for occasional users and suppliers, resulting in higher training efforts.
