The maintenance team is very helpful in aiding clients with enhancements as business needs change. The solution has helped in regards to record retention, compliance, and supplier management.

Very good for what we use it for. We only use it to create and store contracts currently.

The project team is very knowledgable of the product, not only provides support with implemention but also best practices on processes and change management. The vendor works as a strategic partner and goes above and beyond to make the implementation successfull. Althought the product is mature on the functionalities, they are always willing to create new specific functionality which tailors the tool according to the specific needs. Determine application is the only tool which can hold our complex approval process based on category of purchase and job grades.

i have been using this suit for last three years, and my experience of working on Tejari/Jaggaer is not only great but unique in the sense that i find it very user friendly. This suit has been able to streamline our procurement process and also reduces the cycle turn around time.

Sievo Analytics Solutions is in everyday use from +100 different global users. The spend solution enables great spend data visibility in combination with high usability. Within the current QlikView solution the reporting functionalities are okay but not very handy compared to new analytics platform in QlikSense. Besides we do use the Savings Lifecycle Program which works also well and has been customized for our purposes. Both modules are working well and the system downtime is almost 0%. The Team from Sievo, whether it was the Customer Service, the Customer Success Manager, the Project Manager, the Team Lead or even the CEO has been ALWAYS very friendly and supportive. During the years the Customer Success Manager has changed a few times which wasn’t a issue at all as all did great job and support. In case of problems the service hotline is solving the issue in most of the cases within 3 days which is fine for me as urgent cases are handled within 24 hours. Unfortunately the size of rows per data download is limited with 200k rows per download. Besides the reaction or even loading time could be improved (different locations, same slowness).Some developments we asked to implement can’t be implemented to the tool due to technical restrictions in the application.
