1. A very user-friendly interface 2. very good documentation 3. I also think the licensing cost is okay.
Nothing, i don't like it at all. Maybe one thing: it's free.
Capacity to integrate with diferentes platform and products.
I can only mention 1 dislike. 1. I think on-prem setup can sometimes be cumbersome when trying to configure it with other WSO2 products, and I will recommend the product as a service or as a managed service.
It's design, outdated archaic parts, badly documented, wrong design of the whole product.
Native connectors are not so good as others options
