Time saving. The most immediate benefit was the incredible reduction in time spent searching for orders. What used to take hours of manual effort now takes seconds. Our employees are no longer wasting time walking the floor and getting frustrated but are now freed up to focus on higher value tasks. Employees used to be so frustrated with the time consuming process of locating orders but now that is all gone. It's not just about efficiency, it's about employee morale. I don't know what we would do without this system.
Lack of a true reporting engine that end users can use on demand to generate time based, specific location reports.
What a great product, but when I first introduced the concept to my employees they just did not get it or see the value to them. In hindsight I would have prepared a better introduction of the concept.
