Time saving. The most immediate benefit was the incredible reduction in time spent searching for orders. What used to take hours of manual effort now takes seconds. What a great product, but when I first introduced the concept to my employees they just did not get it or see the value to them. In hindsight I would have prepared a better introduction of the concept.
