I like how simple to use Xero is even it works great for basic accounting tasks. The dashboard provides complete image of my finances also it is cloud based tool which means it is accessible from anywhere.
1. User friendly UI: The dashboard and navigation are simple and easy for anyone going into the platform. 2. Cloud-based access: Being able to securely log in from anywhere makes it convenient for our distributed team. 3. Integration with Accounting & Payroll team is able to connect smoothly which reduces the manual overhead.
Matching invoices, POS and receivables allows me to eradicate errors prior to vendor and contractors reimbursements.
I don't like the limited options of customization in reports and also some of the features require extra add-ons which overall increase the cost
1. Limited support for U.S. payroll compliance: Some tax updates and reporting requirements don't roll out as quickly as they should. 2. Integration with third-party benefits providers can be a bit clunky or require manual workarounds. 3. Customer support can be a bit slow to respond so it's not ideal when we are in an urgent situation that requires immediate support.
Everything has been perfect on my end end when using Xero to automate AP & AR.
