Using Xero's online system I was able to work with my clients' financial data from any place. The bank reconciliation tool saves time by doing the standard manual work automatically.
It made my accounting much easier and well organized also I can create professional looking invoices which makes it easier to track the payment also I can connect it with bank so it can fetch the details easily.
Without the learning courses the product is very daunting. 2FA is required to login. Good for security but some may not like it. Further customisability regarding tabs and accounts that are not needed would be nice.
Our practice management tools do not connect well with Xero even though they work for basic accounting tasks. Entering data by hand introduces errors which causes significant stress to our team.
I noticed that customer support can be delayed which takes a lot of time to respond and also the payroll feature is regional based so it can be limited.
