The product works well for us as it gives us a single remote access tool which we manage that all external contractors or OEMs must use to connect to our systems. This makes it easier for us to manage rather than having different tools for each system. It provides strong access control and allows a mostly seamless experience for our users when connecting to systems remotely via XONA.

The XONA CSG bundles together several useful features into one appliance which makes it very useful. This includes: video recording logs of users sessions for auditing if needed, 2FA authentication access, browser based access meaning any end user device can be used and the best feature is endpoint isolation (ie that the remote user does not directly connect to the OT network, instead they are experiencing a feed of the remote system.

This software reduce the ciber risk and has a good detection of non trust sites and block them really fast. I also really like to have the real time analysis because i can get the alert of something malicious at the moment.

A clean user interface that makes the platform easier to navigate. It provides clear tracking and transparency which helps the team stay aligned.

Sometimes, user sessions can be disconnected or locked and requires killing the session and rebooting. This only happens occasionally and can be managed easily. Sometimes there can be a lag when connecting remotely via XONA.

It required a lot of personalization and adjustments to our process . It doesnt substitute firewalls.

The analytics could have been more in-depth.
